Public Paint Parties Policy

There is no refund on ticket sales for paint parties and no event swapping is allowed.

What happens if I purchased a ticket and can't make it to the event? Life happens sometimes that you won't be able to make it to an event that you purchased a ticket for. However, tickets are non-refundable and transferrable. In that case you are allowed to give the ticket to another person.

Will we be notify by Bliss Artz if a paint party gets canceled? If a public event is canceled due to low enrollment, registrants will receive an email at least 24 hours before the event. Bliss Artz also deserves the right to cancel any event due to bad weather or unforeseen circumstances. Registrants will be notify at least three hours in advance. You will receive 100% refund for canceled events by Bliss Artz.

What If I need to cancel a private paint party? Deposits are non-refundable. 

Who Do I Contact if I have Additional Questions? Send email to info@blissartz.com if you have any questions about public or private paint parties. Do not contact the restaurant they have no knowledge of Bliss Artz policies. 

Photos and video recording will be taken during paint parties to post on the website or social media. By purchasing tickets you agree to the terms and conditions of Bliss Artz.
